About Me
I’m a nationally board certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and New York State Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) with advanced training in EMDR and complex-PTSD treatment. I earned my Master’s in Art Therapy from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in 2017, and completed a Master’s in Psychology with a developmental focus from the City University of New York (CUNY) in 2023.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from diverse communities and life experiences. I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and anti-racist therapeutic space, welcoming people from all walks of life. My approach is grounded in respect, compassion, and a belief in each person’s innate capacity for healing and transformation.
In my personal life, I am inspired by creating art, swimming, connecting with the ocean, and practicing yoga. These activities ground me and offer a deep sense of calm and renewal, which I strive to bring to my therapeutic practice. I believe that balance and self-expression are vital to well-being, and I’m passionate about helping others find their own sources of inspiration and strength.
Pricing & Location
I accept Cigna insurance, and offer private pay sessions at a rate of $200. A sliding scale is available based on financial need. Reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to find out more.
I have openings for virtual teletherapy only at this time. I see clients located anywhere in New York State via a secure audio-visual platform. All of my offerings are available virtually.
Current & Previous Community Partnerships
In addition to one-on-one work, I run therapy groups through partnerships with local community organizations, give talks to raise awareness about mental health, and develop therapeutically-informed programming. My mission is to support both clients and communities in their healing journey.
I provide these services in schools, youth employment programs, workplace professional development settings, treatment centers, and more. Reach out through the contact form to start designing a community program for your organization.
